English for Credit Committee Presentations

8 lessons teaching senior credit analysts how to present loan recommendations to the credit committee.

Prepared for Sami AlOtaibi, Training & Development Manager

Eight lessons, built around the 4-minute credit committee recommendation.

01
Baseline (scored)
Each analyst has 4 minutes to deliver a credit committee recommendation. Teacher scores that baseline attempt against the rubric.
02
Structure
Analysts learn the 5-beat structure of a recommendation — headline, applicant profile, use of funds, risk, decision — and the language for each beat.
03
Partial simulation
Analysts deliver the first half of the recommendation — headline through use of funds — in real time. Teacher corrects in the moment.
04
Full simulation + diagnostic
Each analyst delivers a full 4-minute recommendation. Teacher notes the failure patterns on a diagnostic checklist organized by beat.
05
Repair
Each analyst drills the specific failure patterns from Lesson 4. Each drill targets one beat at a time.
06
Pressure
Analysts deliver the same recommendation under one new constraint — a 3-minute cap instead of 4. Same five beats, less time.
07
Final (scored)
Each analyst delivers a final 4-minute recommendation, unassisted. Teacher scores against the same rubric used at baseline.
08
Reveal + capstone
Each analyst gets a personal grade report — baseline score, final score, grade band, improvement. Then they apply the structure to an upcoming case from their own pipeline.

“Great, but leave the customization to teachers and students.”

Two free lessons · Hands-off for you

Customized lessons for your students, automated reports for you.

Experienced trainers build each session around what your learners need that week, with no fixed framework or design phase you have to worry about. You get the admin platform, the schedule, and the reporting. Everyone’s happy, and you’re rarely involved.

Two free lessons for 1–5 students. Only scale if they’re happy and you like the platform.

“Great, and I know which skills my teams need to work on.”

Four-week paid pilot · One skill, one cohort

A course built around the skill you most want to improve.

Bring those skills to the intro call. We’ll design a course around the most important one, then run all 8 sessions and deliver per-learner before/after reports. You shape what gets built; we handle everything else.

A four-week pilot for one cohort. Only scale if the before/after data shows clear ROI.

Not sure which is best for you? We can help.
